Mr. Bergman has significant trial experience ranging from his days as a prosecutor at the Broome County District Attorney's Office to his current employment as a partner at Jackson Bergman, LLP. He has handled trials ranging from violations to misdemeanors to homicides. Over the past two years, he has secured acquittals for clients accused of harassment, arson, attempted murder, sexual assault, and burglary. He and his law partner, Thomas D. Jackson, Jr., have represented clients all over the State of New York, as far west as Cattaraugus County, as far north as Franklin County, as far east as Westchester County, and their primary practice serves residents of Broome County.
